Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of RealLead (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using the Service for a brokerage, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Who can use the Service
The Service is for licensed Canadian real estate professionals. You must provide accurate registration details (including your brokerage and licence information) and keep them current, because they appear on the pages you publish for regulatory compliance.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. New accounts may start with a free trial; when the trial ends, the plan renews automatically at the listed price plus applicable taxes, and continues each month until cancelled. We email a reminder before the first charge. Prices are shown at checkout and may change on notice for future billing periods.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or under a specific guarantee we offer in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; to send messages that violate CASL; to misrepresent property facts; or to interfere with the Service’s operation or security. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms or create legal or reputational risk.
Your compliance responsibilities
The Service provides compliance scaffolding — RECO brokerage attribution, the CASL consent checkbox, accessibility-conformant templates, and auditable consent records. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your content and property facts, for honouring consent and unsubscribe requests for leads you collect, and for your obligations under RECO/TRESA, CASL, and applicable privacy law. You must not hide or override the brokerage attribution or consent mechanisms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit and publish. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, generate, and serve it to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the content and property information you upload, including photos.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and may update, improve, or change features over time. Published pages are designed to keep rendering even if a data source is temporarily unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not your legal, real-estate, or compliance advisor, and the compliance features do not guarantee regulatory approval of your specific content. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, your published pages are taken down and account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
